I know what it’s like to feel lost and almost beyond hope.

A few years ago, I was a new mother unraveling faster than I could put myself back together. From the outside, my life looked fine. Inside, anxiety ran through me constantly, and I had forgotten I could feel any other way. My first Reiki session changed that. On the drive home, I realized the noise had gone quiet, and I remembered a peace I thought I'd lost. That single moment sent me searching, and everything since has taught me what I now hold for the people I work with.

Here's what I've learned, and what I can help you move through:

That your pain and your wholeness are not opposites. During one potent meditation, I was flooded with old, paralyzing grief, and—at the very same time—held by the softest, strongest force I've ever known. There was no dissonance between the two. They were part of the same current. So much of the suffering we carry comes from believing we have to choose, that we must fix or banish the hard parts of ourselves before we're allowed to feel whole. You don't. I help you hold it all with compassion, so the sharp edges soften and you stop living at war with yourself.

That the patterns repeating in your life often aren't only yours. Beneath our personal stories run older, ancestral currents—the imprints of those who came before us. Through four years of apprenticeship in the ancient Irish teachings and shamanic priestessing of Amantha Murphy, alongside my Reiki training with Swan Michelle, I learned to sense these patterns and work with the energy underneath them. In our sessions, I help you clear what's ready to move, so the loops that have quietly shaped your choices lose their grip and you're free to live from the present, not the past.

That grief and loss carries its own sacredness. When my mother was dying, I sat beside her, lost, and received the words: Allow yourself to experience the sweetness of grief. It blew me open to the beauty of every moment of our existence, no matter how wretched it may look from the outside. I bring that same tenderness to the people I work with. Whatever you're moving through, you don't have to move through it alone or pretend it's lighter than it is.

The work we do together is a return. A return to the sacred through a return to your own heart—that still point that lets you anchor yourself amid the constant unfolding of life. I don't hand you a formula. I help you clear what's in the way, so the calm, certain, unmistakably alive version of you isn't someone you're chasing. They’re who you come home to.

Are you ready?
